Refund and Cancellation Policy
Please read following cancellation and refund policy before you pay for any of the services provided by Joes Hope Center

For counseling sessions which include individual, marital, career guidance and other types of counseling services, no refund is possible. The user can however ask for a change in schedule 2 days prior to the appointment.

For counseling, please make sure that you have Broadband/Fibernet/High Speed Mobile Data connection. If there is any problem from the client’s internet connection, no refund will be provided. If there is any internet connection problem from the counselor’s side, you will be given a slot in your convenient time sooner.

The payment you would do is for only 1 counseling session. If that session ends before 45 minutes, you cannot ask for refund for the non-utilized minutes for the reason that the 45 minutes slot is booked exclusively for you.

Based on mutual approval if the counseling time extends for next hour the payment has to be made for the same booking amount through Gpay or any other convenient means.

You should be on time and report to the counselor within 20 minutes from the time of appointment. If it does not happen, it will be taken as no show and your session will be canceled. No refund will be provided. Please ensure to make it in time. The session cannot be rescheduled for no show.

For Webinars / Career Guidance & Psychometry program / One Day or Two Day Workshops / Coaching programmes / Public Awareness Programmes, no refund is possible.

For online live trainings / webinars / workshops via Google Meet , please make sure that you have Broadband/Fibernet/High Speed Mobile Data with required daily usage data. If there is any problem from the participant’s internet connection/app/phone/laptop/PC/microphone, no refund will be provided. For safety, please have more than one source of internet.
