Being thankful is important for several reasons, most importantly to stay positive. Staying thankful or grateful daily will help us to keep our minds healthy, calm, relaxed, and happy.
Let me share some quick and easy ways to practice gratitude daily.
* Early in the morning before we start our daily chores we could think or write about 10 things we are thankful for. * If you have the habit of meditating or exercising you can repeat this mantra/prayer of thanks while meditating or working out.
* Like a mantra, we can repeat it whenever we do some routine tasks that do not require our attention such as drinking coffee/tea or while traveling or cooking, etc.
* Before sleep after completing all chores when lying on the bed, we could thank for all things that happened on that day and things to be grateful for in life, concluding with affirmations or prayer on what you want in your life. This would help with peaceful sleep and better dreams.
